About Course

Tools Used: Claude AI
Module Objective
By the end of this module, you will:- Understand how to structure prompts properly- Learn how to guide AI like a professional- Control the format and quality of outputs- Develop the habit of refining results instead of accepting weak ones
This is the most important module in the entire course,
If Module 1 gave you confidence,
Module 2 gives you control.

Lesson 2.1 – Prompt Structure That Works

THEORY: Why Structure Matters
Most beginners treat AI like a guessing machine.
They type something quick like:
“Write about fitness”
And then feel disappointed.
The problem isn’t AI. The problem is a lack of structure.
Here are the Core Formula You’ll Use
Task + Context + Format
This is your foundation for everything.
1. Task (What do you want?)
Be clear about the goal.
Examples:- Write a blog post- Generate ideas- Create a plan
2. Context (What should AI know?)
Give background so AI doesn’t guess.
Examples:
– Target audience- Experience level- Purpose
3. Format (How should it look?)
Tell AI how to present the answer.
Examples:- Bullet points- Step-by-step- Table- Blog structure
Example Breakdown
Weak Prompt:
“Write about fitness”
Strong Prompt:
” Write a beginner-friendly blog post about fitness for people who
have never exercised before. Keep it simple and motivational.
Structure it with an introduction, 3 main tips, and a short
conclusion.”

PRACTICAL EXERCISE (Prompt Structure That Works)

Go to your Google browser, open a session and type CLAUDE AI.
Enter the website interface. In the text box for prompts, type a
prompt like: “Write about fitness.”
Observe the result.
Now type another prompt like this:
“Write a beginner-friendly blog post about fitness for someone who
has never exercised before. Keep the tone encouraging and simple.
Structure it with an introduction, 3 easy tips, and a conclusion.”
Now, from your own observations, which one is more useful? And
which one feels more actionable? You can testify that the second
does.
This is the difference structure makes.

LESSON 2.2 – ROLE-BASED PROMPTING

THEORY: The “Act As” Technique
AI becomes significantly more powerful when you assign it a role.
That is, making it to act upon a certain role.
Instead of asking:
“Give me a marketing plan”
You say:
“Act as a marketing expert…”
Now AI responds with:- More authority- Better structure- More relevant insights
Why This Works
You are narrowing the perspective.
Instead of:
General response -> You get an expert-level response.

PRACTICAL EXERCISE (ROLE-BASED PROMPTING)

Open your CLAUDE AI once more. We will be using various plans here
to depict our work.
Exercise 1: Marketing Plan
In the prompt box, type a prompt like:
“Act as a marketing expert. Create a simple marketing plan for a
beginner starting an online fitness coaching business. Focus on low
cost strategies and beginner-friendly steps.”
Exercise 2: Blog Outline
In the prompt box, type a prompt like:
“Act as a professional content writer. Create a blog outline about
staying productive while working from home. Include a catchy title
and 5 main sections.”
Now, you can observe and notice how structured the answers are
and the difference in tone and clarity.

LESSON 2.3 – OUTPUT CONTROL

THEORY: You Control the Shape of Information
Most people accept whatever AI gives them. While professionals
control how the answer looks. You can tell AI to format outputs in
specific ways.
Let’s Use These 3 Essential Formats
1. Bullet Points
Best for:- Ideas- Summaries- Quick reading
Example:
“Give me 5 business ideas in bullet points”
2. Tables
Best for:- Comparisons- Structured planning
Example:
“Create a table comparing 3 online business ideas with pros and
cons”
3. Step-by-Step Instructions
Best for:- Learning processes- Execution
Example:
“Give me step-by-step instructions to start a blog.

PRACTICAL EXERCISE (OUTPUT CONTROL)

Exercise 1: Weekly Plan.
Let’s start with exercise one. Open your browser once more and get
to CLAUDE AI. In the prompt box, type in a prompt like:
“Create a simple weekly productivity plan for a beginner working
from home. Present it in bullet points.”
Coming to Exercise 2: Content Calendar:
Let’s type the prompt below:
“Create a 7-day content calendar for social media posts about
personal development. Present it in a table format with columns for
day, topic, and content idea.”
Reflecting on what we’ve just done, which format felt easiest to
understand? And how does formatting improve clarity?

LESSON 2.4 – ITERATION & REFINEMENT

THEORY: Your First Output is Not the Final Output
You have to remember that the first output is never the final output.
This is where beginners stop, and professionals continue.
Note this: AI is not a one-step tool. It is a conversation.
The Iteration Process- Ask- Review- Improve- Repeat
Beginner Mistake:
They ask once
They accept weak output
And Stop
Professional Approach:-They Ask
– Refine- And Improve-Finally, push for better.

PRACTICAL EXERCISE (ITERATION & REFINEMENT)

Go to CLAUDE AI again, and in this step 1: Start with a Weak Prompt.
Type:
“Give me a business idea”
Then, in step 2, improve it by typing again:
“Give me 5 beginner-friendly online business ideas that require no
upfront investment”
In step 3, Refine Further by typing again:
“Expand on idea number 2 and give me step-by-step instructions to
start”
Now, in our final step 4, this should be the final Improvement.
Type this prompt:
“Make this plan simpler and more actionable for a complete
beginner with no experience”
With this iteration structure, I know you noticed how each step
improves clarity. And how the AI becomes more powerful and useful.
That is the power of good prompting.
WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE NOW
By the end of Module 2, you should have mastered:- A clear understanding of prompt structure- Experience using role-based prompting- Ability to control output formats- Confidence refining AI responses
So, this is the skill that separates Casual users who become frustrated
from the Skilled users who are productive
If you master prompting:- Every AI tool becomes easier- Every result becomes better- Every workflow becomes faster
You are no longer “trying AI,” you are now directing it. And that’s
where real leverage begins.
